Q. What are the costs/benefits of recycling computers?

A. It's more cost effective for a company to recycle computers and electronics equipment than to keep them in inventory and storage or improperly dispose of them. Here's why»

Q. What recycling regulations should i be concerned about?

A. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is the primary Government entity charged with establishing and monitoring environmental standards. Check out the EPA website for the latest rules and regulations. Also, be on the watch for upcoming legislation. If you're located in Tennessee, please be sure to visit the State's website.

Getting Started

Q. How much work will I have to do?

A. It's simple. Have the equipment palletized on your loading dock and get a count of the monitors with the monitor screen sizes, then contact us to schedule a pick up. You can also ship the equipment to us for recycling.

Q. What do you do with the hard drives?

A. We recycle hard drives without formatting them. However, we can low level format each drive for you at a cost of $5 per unit.

Q. Do you sell recycled equipment?

A. Yes. Check out the latest deals on our eBay store.

Q. How big of a load can you take?

A. Good question. We can pick up from 1-8 pallets of equipment at your business within the 150 mile Advanced Recovery radius. If you have more than 8 pallets, we recommend calling us to arrange shipping.

Q. When can you come pick the equipment up?

A. We'll work around your schedule. Contact us to set up at date and time.

Q. How do you handle shipping?

Q. Can I deliver the equipment with our own truck?

Q. Will you take individual computers?

A. Yes, but you're responsible for shipping them on your own. You must call us at 931-284-1386 or email us at advancedrecovery@frontiernet.net for payment information before shipping the equipment.
